The request is to allow a challenged vote on a paper ballot.

The November 6th election is only one race in the front of the ballot.  The request is for two ovals on the back of the ballot for two (2) additional conditions.  The rear left oval condition is for an official challenge vote when an election official or poll worker wishes to vote outside of their designated voting location.  On this condition the ballot should be taken but not counted.  It should be sorted out as if it was a blank or over vote ballot.  Accountability for this condition should be counted as a not adjudicated challenged ballot.

The second condition is for a voter changed ballot; under this condition the oval has no function other than an indication of this fact on the ballot with no action required by the Accuvote, the ballot is treated as a normal ballot.

Once the official challenged ballots are gathered after the election ends during recount these may be added in by hand if the commission accepts them as valid ballots.

Important is to report the blanks , over votes and challenged ballots in addition to two conditions of the actual election.

I am enclosing the actual database with ballot for your information.
