RE: Accept Challenge voters

Dare, NC has already begun voting (all voters challenged)  Currently using
R-6, 4.0.11.  Can the upgrade to 4.1.2 be made to allow them to "select all"
without compromising votes...or would it be best to wait until after
election?

A "Select All" button has been added to the ChallengedDlg to allow all
challenged voters to be selected.  Usually this is done using the Ctrl-A key
on the keyboard but since there is no keyboard have added a button to do
this.

This will be in BS 4.1.2.
