Consistency in
referencing "Blocks" and "Columns".

Ballot
Options:

Number of Columns:

Front:    3

Back:    3

Race
Options:

Size Options:
        Race Width
(blocks):
2
        Min
Candidate Row/Col:
4

The "Race Width" is
actually a subset of the ballot's "Number of Columns" but yet the units of
measurement is different.  The "Race Width" is measured in blocks and the ballot width is measured in columns.

SUGGESTION:

1.    Number of Columns -> Number of
Blocks
