Dmitry is reworking the create voter card dialog as we speak.  Look for improvement in 4.3.2.

In BS 4.1.7 the system forced the choice of party if available when Creating Voter Cards.

 

BS 4.3.1 does not force choosing a party when available to Create Voter Cards. 

 

There will probably be many instances where the poll clerk will forget the party when creating the Voter Card if it is not forced. 

 

Would like to see the system force the choice when Creating Voter Card
