Re: JResultClient 0-13-4: Default to the last address entered in Open Result Set window.

If launching JResultClient from the "Start" menu, you can specify the address as a parameter.

For Win9X, NT:
1. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to [Windows Directory]\Profiles\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Global Election Systems.
2. Goto the Change Properties section below.

For Win2000, XP:
1. Navigate to "Start\Program Files\Global Election Systems".
2. Goto the Change Properties section below.

Change Properties
1. Right click the JResultClient item, and select "Properties".
2. Under the "Target:" box, add the "-f" option and the address at the end.

Example:
%SystemRoot%\system32\jview.exe JResultClient -f "C:\temp\Results"
will give you
"FILE:\D:\dev\Results" in the address box.

If the "-f" option is absent, it is assumed to be using HTTP protocol.

Example:
%SystemRoot%\system32\jview.exe JResultClient "www.company.com\Results"
will give you
"http:\www.company.com\Results" in the address box.

Would like JResultClient to default to the last address entered in the Open Result Set window.  Currently, the address defaults to FILE:\\D:\Program Files\GEMS\JResultClient\.  It becomes a real pain when they have to go in and out of the JResultClient.  In the General 2000 election, they had to go in and out of JResultClient several times to avoid sharing violations.
