not provide digital service.  In New Mexico, whenever I try to make a
call, I get a message saying that I am not authorized to use the network and it
asks me for an AT&T credit card.  I  do not have one of these so
I am unable to use the phone in New Mexico. Other times, when I am in a digital area, my phone never rings, it
just beeps when someone leaves a message. The other thing I noticed and it happened when you & I spoke
yesterday, I am getting quite a few "Call Dropped" situations.
This is when I am in a digital area. The other item that I would like improved is the battery
life.  I know that the phone I have is different and I have been able to
work around it, so if no one else is having a battery life problem, disregard
this comment. As Sprint puts up more towers life will get better. Thanks for trying to help. Mike Brown wrote:     It has come to my attention that some
of you don’t like your new phones. I would like some ideas on how I can make
the phones more enjoyable for you. I can’t fix anything unless you tell me what
you would like to see improved. I
think Sales Talk would be a good place for you all to get together and bicker
amongst yourselves to find a solution to the phone problem.  If they’re
really is a problem. 1611 Wilmeth
