Sounds to me like the version of MFC42.dll is incorrect and a function can't be found that the ballot station is looking for. Until someone gets the install stuff going again we are going to run into things like this. The version that we have been installing in the past is version 4.21.7022. Could you and Jeff look at which versions you both are using. I know Jeff is not having problems and you are. The latest version I currently have version 6.00.8168 and will attach it to this message. This will be the one that needs to get into the installer and both of you should test with this one. ...tng

I followed your instructions and rebooted system. When I started ballot station the following error messages were displayed.

ERROR STARTING PROGRAM

The voter card.dll file is linked to missing export

MFC42.dll:6467

Note: The above file (MFC42.dll) is found in the windows/systems folder

The next error was...

C:\Program Files\IMark Systems\EBS\BallotStation.exe

A device attached to the system is not functioning.

Have you seen these error? Any suggestions?
