Accu-Vote Verion 2 (was Accu-Vote Beta Release 1.95d)

I agreed with charging the customers for new features but what if the new firmware release contains bug fixes as well?  We haven't found any new bugs in the 1.94latest but that doesn't meant there aren't any.

If they have a stable firmware solution using the smaller clock chips, RAM chips and ROM ICs, then there would be no need to upgrade those components.

The issue is not stability, it is new features.  1.94latest will be the most stable firmware we have for some time.  For people who require the new features, it seems obvious that they need to pay for that.

Ian, it would probably be a good idea to let Larry know the costs involved so that a price scheme can be worked out in advance of the 2.0 release, rather than after.
