This is the first of many, many items that will
be posted as a result of inquiries from GBS. Bear in mind their lead
ballot layout person is entirely enamored with VTS and expects GEMS to do
everything that VTS did.
Is there a way to give a candidate an
endorsement and have the name, not just the label, appear on the ballot? I
realize it can be done textually in the candidate info which appears on the
ballot, but some places have a legal requirement to put the full party name on
the ballot and have the candidate be listed as endorsed by the system (without
also listing the party code).
