In GEMS 1.5.10, attempting to change ballot size in the Ballot Editor using one of the 11, 14 or 18 buttons results in an internal error. I experienced this problem with an 11" ballot with 3 races as well as a completely filled 14" ballot.

What election mode are you in? I am guessing you have "cards layed out" or better (I will have to guess since you didn't include that tidbit in your report). Whitman, please make sure the size buttons are greyed out after cards layed out. Good spotting Nel.
