The password for AVTSTemplate-3-9-1.zip is "ml3eal5pag2xi".  I would reccomend using the install shield releases to do updates however.

Actually you are in dead water until you get back on the announce list to get passwords.  3.9.2 was just released, and includes the 3.9.x template.
