I have created an entire election using
1-14-1-6, including creating districts and precincts, creating races (including
one combination of shadow and shadowed races), printed BOD, downloaded memory
cards, conducting L&A, uploaded results and printed an SOVC. All
appears to work well. Materials from this testing (including ballots,
results tapes, and SOVC) will be transmitted to Anchorage (at John McLaurin's
direction) as evidence of compliance with our contract with them.
I will proceed with attempting to create more
than one shadow/shadowed combination, an item which appeared to be causing
problems.
