RE: VTS Question FW: What happens if...



Hey John.  The way it works is this.  The AccuVote will still count the
votes, obviously, since the memory cards have already been programmed (how
would it know not to?).  On upload, however, GEMS/VTS will drop the
withdrawn candidate counts on the floor, and the withdrawn candidate will
not appear in any of the post election reports.

You are still warmer than Dallas and dryer than Vancouver I bet...  Ice
storm predicted tonight.  :-)
