Larry, Charlie has
passed this on to me, so I am taking care of Walton County. Yesterday
three new telephone lines were installed in Walton County, which I had the
county staff set up as (1) support and (2) modem upload lines. The support
line was successfully installed and a three memory card sequential upload to one
of the modem lines was successful. The county staff are
ecstatic!
I will perform
further testing in order to isolate the problem we experienced to the telephone
lines, database used, the issuing call location, etc.
I have asked Don
Bizmaier not to bother taking a new computer to Walton, as it is highly unlikely
that varying the UNIX box will affect the outcome in any way.
