  The 1.94 download protocol does not support downloading telephone
numbers so you have to do it in the Supervisor functions and save it to
the memory cards.  You can of course save the same setup information
to any number of memory cards.

  The version 2 protocol includes a telephone number.  Since we keep meeting requirements with 1.94, there is no due date on a V2 precinct count release but we should be seeking beta test sites real soon now.
