RE: Service Pack 3 &4 safe to remove?

Can you elaborate.  I don’t remember putting Service Pack 4 on that computer.  If I did, it would show up as a directory called NT Service Pack 4.0 in C drive.  If you have SP5 installed you can go ahead and delete the SP4 directory.

Subject: Service Pack 3 &4 safe to remove?

Hi all,

Currently have sp 5 loaded.  Can I delete sp 3 and 4?  Or is it recommended/required to leave them installed to run sp 5?

Thanks,

Jane
