RE: Reset Decks to Zero

Ahhh, now I follow you.  They don't call them generic batch header cards for nothing.  The system gets to pick the number.  What you are looking for is user deck header cards.

GEMS-1-15-9

Stopped the Central Count process, then closed out of the screen.  Reset Election, checked the Precinct Summary to make sure it  had no data.  Nothing in the Central Count pre-election reports.  Turned the Accu-Vote off then on and changed the last digit from zero to one in the address and started again.  Started the batch start card again, ran the deck.  It was reported as deck 9.

It appears there is no way to reset the deck numbers back to zero other than to delete the election and reload it.

You need to exit central count when you reset.  Same as upload.

How do you reset the Decks to zero in Central Count using a generic Batch Start Card?
I ran through 7 small decks then I reset the election without success.
