Is it possible to identify text and have it added to the red
oval file? Example "PLEASE TURN OVER AND CONTINUE VOTING"
No.
Color postscript and plates are orthogonal.
Conversely
though, it might make sense to add red/thick oval checkboxes to ballot options,
and do that in color postscript instead of with separate plates. I'll put
it in the queue.
