1997-7-29: 1.94p <=> 1.94f<

1999-1-22: 1.94u <=> 1.94f>
1999-2-24: 1.94v <=> 1.94f@
1999-3-14: 1.94w <=> 1.94f!

please look at this database - 1-11 it has no seq 1 ballots for card 13 or 14 -  only seq 2 -  but the ab card wants a seq 1 -  gems did not produce a seq 1 card - no artwork for it - so how can we read seq 2 thru the ab card ?

Guy, is f< newer, older, or the same as 1.94s -- I can never remember.  Maybe repost the symbol equivalency table.
