Can someone please confirm that no memory cards need to be
re-burned to do this upgrade? I believe I've had this verbally, but there
was some confusion about it in the "touch screen" application if customers
wanted to upgrade from 3.13.1.4 to 3.13.5. So the question is this: If any
California customer using AccuVotes and AccuTouches is running 3.13.1.4 Ballot
station and/or GEMS 1.17.2, can they upgrade to GEMS 1.17.7 without
remaking cards or diskettes? Thanks.
