Gaston, NC is having problems printing from
PollBook to the Canon BubbleJet printer. They upgraded from 3.12.5 to
3.13.1.4. Had a similar problem some time ago with 3.12.5 and either had
to change drivers or something else. Mind comes a blank. The only
thing that prints from PollBook is "Version and number" then it stops
printing. However it will print a windows test
page correctly. Loaded a Generic/Text Only driver and now
nothing prints. Any ideas?
