Estates" precincts and another few "Rolling Hills" precincts, let alone all
the "MANHATTAN BEACH" and "MARINA
DEL REY" precincts and other such names.
Okay, sold. An option it
is.
Perhaps using the last 12 characters rather
than the first 12 characters may at least be better.
Or even better maybe XXXXX..XXXXX, like we
do with races on the AVOS.
