I am trying to build a diskette for Piedmont election using my
laptop and GEMS 1.17.9 and Ballot Station 3.13.8.2. It starts the build
and then says "can't find election template file" and fails on the build.
What's up? Mike can you call me in Alameda tomorrow on my
cell.
