Piedmont election using GEMS 1.17.9 created diskette with BS
3.13.8.2
Created Pollbook 3.13.8.2 with same diskette.
Went to options in upper left, check card encoder, and created
card for precinct
280500.
Loaded into register 1 on Spryus, and created a new card on
Spyrus. Took to Ballot Station 3.13.5.1 and got error "Error detected
invalid card - couldn't find voter ballot" or something like that.
I'll call Mike first on this.
