Yeah, your timing is bad.  I'd wait until we are through PSINet with 1.17 before upgrading anyone.  Hopefully that won't take long.  If it looks like it is going to take a long time, then we'll do a 1.17.12 release without them, and they can cert 1.17.13.  Hopefully that won't be necessary though.

You should wait before you upgrade, there are some bugs that are fixed in 1-17-12. Like printing ballots in the Ballot Audit function in GEMS. Just to name one.

I have several accounts that are going be upgrading to our latest and greatest version of GEMS, version 1.17.11.  When we send out a CD to the account, what are the components that come with that CD besides the GEMS install???  What version of Internet Explorer are we recommending???  Do we have instructions for the install process???
