RE: Gems 1.17.7.5 Exception from CBallotDlg Error

Here is the DB Jane is talking about.  It was created by GBS in 1.17.7.5.  Jane has tried it in 1.17.7.5 and 1.17.11 using AVTS 3-13-9-2. 
 
After searching the bugtrack archives on the staff site I found a message submitted on 5/23/01 detailing the same problem.  There is a follow up stating that the problem had been fixed.  However, I can't find an AVTS release after 3-13-9-2 that lists the correction. 
 
Jane is on the road and is unable to access her email so I will be acting as her go-between for now.
 
Unfortunately, I am not currently set up to test this myself so this is all the info I have right now.

Have you tried any newer releases of GEMS?
Did this work at any time during your DB creation and testing?

Downloaded everything OK, It's when I try Readiness Testing OR Test Count and I receive this message using Gems 1.17.7.5 and AVTS 3.13.9.2:

I know I've seen this message before on Support, however cannot seem to find the email regarding this.
