Install windows
media player 7.x and see if that helps. Looks like beta 8 is out too,
though we haven't tried it.
Note that by
clicking ok with the screen as you have it, you will be saving the file in mp3
format which is not yet supported by 4.x ballot station (3.x works). Click
format first and change to PCM 22khz mono before clicking OK. That may
well work around your original problem as well.
