are refering to (released April of this year) is revision 1.
The Revision
2 AccuVote-TS R6 User's guide includes several paragraphs pertaining to the unit
battery, as well as an appendix on battery recycling, and is posted to the ftp
site - I will send you the password for this document. Neither of these
documents include references to VIBS. Revision 3 of this document -
incorporating VIBS - will hopefully be released this
afternoon.
