If I unselect it I get 78 ballots.  i.e. travis database - 231 precincts,
297 base precinct and 3 styles.  I don't understand where the 78 ballots
come from?

Cathy,

    This should have been posted to support not RCR.

You have selected "Cast One Ballot per Precinct". This only applies a vote
to the first candidate in each race for each ballot in each precinct.
Unselect this and you will get what you want.
