RE: Gems 1-11-14 and USR56K modems

Its the expected behavior -- I think this has been reported before.  Of course it isn't a desirable behavior.  We can work on a fix for 1.11.15, but then you know how Florida is about that kind of thing.

I have not found anything conclusive in the archives that tells whether or not Gems 1-11-14 supports US Robotics 56K modems.
Putnam Co Fla just purchased this modem type for use with their new Gems server running Gems 1-11-14.
 
 
They are experiencing a timeout on comports after an upload and subsequent accuvote power off.
Is this the expected behavior?
