GEMS 1.11.9 - Has both AccuVote 194F infra red and 194F Visible light for absentee. Visible light machine test OK on all ballots. Infra red using same test ballots as VL - Fully voted ballot some undefined races some races showing blank. showing some okay in 4 ballot directions but some blanks candidates. It is hit and miss on variance depending on orientation. always errors when head first (back and front) always ok when ballot upside down (front and back) Using eberhard faber pen 60110. had election october 2 - no problem in test or election. I had her send sample ballots i am getting same hit and miss results.
