election 194F
i
found some ballots where the reg "tic marks" looked good but lining up oval
with ruler shows them "high" charlie conrad confirms that "high" ovals
are not good that is why "okay" when feeding ballots bottom first. I
have told her to start with fresh "test ballots and new pen and let me
know. i have explained the "high" oval situation in infra red readers
and if her tests come out satisactorily she will have her poll workers feed
bottom up if error messages. hopefully that is all there is.
thanks
.

Fully voted ballot some undefined
Undef is the same as Invalid Mark. It's on the
cusp, neither a mark nor fly speck. Not enugh carbon in the
mark.

It is hit and miss on variance depending on

new pens. Use a Sharpie for testing. Check the printing.
