Re: Report to show cards exceeding selected ballot length
Sorry, Ken. I didn't phrase that well - new post jitters. I am looking for a
way to determine when a style or set of contests spills over to a second
card. Fresno is trying (unsuccessfully) to stay at a 14" card. For ballot
production reasons we need to know the percentage of 14" vs. 18" cards. I
stepped through the ballot styles and came up with a number. However, this
was very time consuming and still did not get us all of the info we wanted,
i.e. report prec's. by party coming in at 18". Any suggestions re:
shortcuts?
