They will be
released at the same time as two seperate packages. Upgrading should be as
easy as putting the two packages on a PC card, inserting it, and turning the
unit on. I am still hoping the release will be this
week.
Note you won't
need 4.3 for the March California Primary unless the
large-VIBS-database situation is intolerable. You will however need 4.2
for accounts that require the Voter Group 2 feature.
