RE: TSText-1-18-10

CTS is the translator Los Angeles and Alameda use. We have visited their
headquarters and have developed an excellent relationship with the company.
Additionally, their technical people have worked with Tab/Ken to refine file
formats for our California accounts.

Karen, this is a really excellent suggestion.

Don, I'm not sure why you keep insisting that "corporate" does any, or has
anything to do, with translations.
CTS would be a very good place to begin investigations. Don, please call me
today and I'll give you the direct line to their President, Jeff Barger,
introduce you, and even assist you in the initial negotiations if you'd
like. This should not be procrastinated any longer. Investigating the
possibility is necessary, and appropriate, and will allow you to provide
business information to "corporate" for the decision. Let's move on this
immediately.
I'll await your call - Frank

Thanks Karen for the info. I'm still waiting to hear back from corp. to see
who they use.

C.T.S. is an excellent source for translations that I have used in the past.
They provide translations for numerous languages in audio and text formats.
Their number is (360) 693-7100. This was my preferred provider but I have
others if anyone is interested.
