the Ballot Station User's Guide. Assuming you want the Ballot Station
User's Guide, do you want the document for Ballot Station 4-1 or 4-3? The
posting date of the TS-instructions file indicates that it heralds back to
Ballot Station 3/AccuVote-TS R4 - is this what you want?
