Hmm, that first hyperlink was wrong. Looks like Outlook truncates really long URLs. It was a query on the term TEMPBALLOTV.

Bugzilla search turned it up right away. Bug 481. Try a dump-and-load and see if that helps. Curious, did they upgrade lately?

I know this has come up before but don,t remember the cure. Placer co. - edit ballot header, generate ballots, any attemt to make changes to header, races etc. generates this message as a Gems error. Seems it was a problem with a file in gems. They are using gems 1-17-20.
