type style is Arial and yes, the single quotation
mark is made using the apostrophe key which has the u/c double quotation
mark
is there actually some ASCii code that needs to be
used instead and if so what is it's #

Friends,
When GEMS exports the ps files, we have found
that in the instance where an open single quote and a closed single quote
are used, the GEMS graphic shows straight quotes but the ps files (pdf) show
hooked quotes with the first one hooked the wrong way. How do we fix
this??? [note, the double quotes seem to behave properly]
