I am going to cross my fingers and if it does appear in the field, I will
get them to turn off and turn back on the AVTS.

I assume you mean after turning the unit on again?

I cannot find anywhere in the source code that could create this message,
nor do I know why this would happen.
In theory the only time the EnableDHCP registry is accessed is when a new
NIC card is inserted or when you run the network control panel and change
the settings.
