To All Support Reps using GEMS
1-18-14.
We have found a serious bug in GEMS 1-18-14 that
will cause an "ODBCHelp" error message when the poster is posting a job and
the user clicks on any item in GEMS or tries to print a report. We will be
releasing a GEMS 1-18-15 that fixes this bug within the next 2 days. Please
ensure that all accounts that are using GEMS 1-18-14 upgrade to GEMS 1-18-15
prior to the election.
