RE: spanish file is in english in 1-18-17

Title: Message
Ken, Tab recommended not folding in the three sets of Asian language audio recordings due to those installations still using earlier versions of GEMS, ie. versions incapable of downloading just the languages in use.

Interesting project.  Glad to hear Steve Morland finally put someone in charge of audio.

Note you can go ahead and put all the languages in the TSText package.  Recent GEMS will only download the data for languages actually checked off in the language dialog.  There won’t be any overhead on the memory card unless you actually choose to use the language in your election.

Since you asked:  I have just reviewed all of the existing TSText text and audio against submissions from LA, Santa Clara, and Georgia, and have arrived at a list of revisions to be incorporated into a new TSText release.  In short, new English recordings will be taken from Georgia, and revised Spanish from Santa Clara.  We also have Tagalog, Vietnamese, and Mandarin audio from Santa Clara, but it will not be incorporated, due to the fact that noone as yet is using these languages in audio, and the audio files may potentially overload memory cards.
