So how do you pick the correct one - I know they are different but when do you use MP3 and when do you use PCM?  Does it have to do with the OS you are running?

PCM and MP3 are audio formats.  The difference is in the way we record the audio tracts used in VIBS.

Could someone pleaseeeeeeeeee tell me what the difference is between the PCM TSText files and the regular TSText files and when you would use PCM vs regular -

It is very confusing and I am wondering how to know which one to use .
