avts-3-13-2-1 is now ready. The password is

This is for LA and Alameda testing. It fixes
the following problems:
1) Now ejects the admin card
when exiting 'Test Count'.
2) Faster database
generation.
3) 'Out of memory' problem when
trying to print reports when have large elections (ie. LA)
4) Allows uploading of larger
results files.
5) Allows aborting of 'Create
test'
6) Create test now creates
a vote pattern of 1,2,3,1,2,3,... rather than 1,2,3,4,5,6,... to reduce size of
test result file. This is still a large file.
