RE: Central Count - Switching Vote Centers

These are essentially the steps I used to try to reproduce the problem.  To elaborate on step two, I shut down central count before changing vote centers, as not to pollute the test with the other bug.
 
I guess I need a copy of the database as it is after step 2 above, and the number of the batch card that will make it crash by following steps 3 and 4 on it.  Make sure they run that test themselves before going through the trouble to send the full database, as well as trying the test database I sent in the last mail (to see if it is dependent on their database).

The batch cards are independent of vote centers.
