Ballots returned with central count 2.00c
firmware request a confirmation (by pressing the YES button) in order to refeed
returned ballots when not in feeder mode, which is not ergonomic.
Furthermore, the ballot deflector activates with every ballot fed, even though
no ballot separation has been specified in AccuVote options in GEMS, where
either write-in only or non-write-in only ballots are fed in a continuous
stream.
