AVTSIS-3-9-3 appears to ship with MFCDLL version
4.21.7303. Installing on a fresh Win98 machine overwrites the existing
MFCDLL 6.00.84470 in the windows system directory.

6.00.8447 in future release. It will also check the version before
overwriting.
