Title:

AVTSIS-3-9-3 appears to ship with MFCDLL version 4.21.7303. Installing on a fresh Win98 machine overwrites the existing MFCDLL 6.00.84470 in the windows system directory. This causes the BallotStation app to give the error "" on startup. Copying the newer MFCDLL off another machine fixes the problem.

This problem is unrelated to the previous DAO issue.
