I have attached the problem description.  Please try to keep the subject line the same so we can track these. 

Unfortunately I can't reproduce the problem.  Here is (exactly) what I did:

• Select download.  Set the transfer type to network.  Download
• Start election, open poll, exit admin, count two ballots, enter admin, close polling place
• Select transfer results.  Change transfer type to disk.  Transfer.

At which point I get "transfer completed". 

 

Rodney, please set up a 3.9.4 TS, load it up with the database, and see if it works for you.  If it fails, let me know.  If it works, call Jeff Hintz and work with him to get it working on his machine.

Hi everyone,

Currently doing testing for Gaston County.  Using Gems 11.2 and TS 391.
Using 38 pct. & 36 races. Able to download all precincts, vote on all
precincts --but get error:
 		Runtime Error
C:\PROGRAM FILES\ACCUVOTE-TS\EBS\BALLOT STATION.EXE
Abnormal Program Termination
When trying to Transfer Results.  Performed same procedure using 5 precincts
and the transfer works.
