Mike,

 

    This works fine on my system when I press the OK button.  If I press the Apply and then Cancel buttons then neither the race not the headers get redrawn.  Could you please confirm what action you took that seems to cause the problem.

Checking the shading option does not refresh in a timely fasion. You have to exit Ballot editor, then return in order to view your changes.

This is only for Headers, not Races.
