cab files are the
format MS uses to store distributions. This error is telling you the
install program couldn't read a cab file. Sounds like a bad disk, bad
drive, or both.
You might want to
try installing with green or gold CDR disks instead of the blue. That may
or may not help depending on the quality of the drives in the
machines.
